Returns & Exchanges

We have a strict no return/exchange policy. All sales are final.

However, if your jewellery is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Beyond this timeframe, we are unable to process an exchange.

Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellation requests 6 hours after receiving the order or if the order has already been dispatched.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom-designed pieces cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Back to Life Program

We stand by the longevity of our pieces. If your jewellery has faded over time, we offer a 22k Gold re-plating service for a small fee of 600/- PKR (excluding delivery).
