Returns

We have a strict no return policy. All sales are considered final to ensure the quality and hygiene of our inventory.

Exchanges

We do offer an exchange policy if the item received is found to be damaged upon arrival.

An exchange is only possible within a 15 day timeline after the purchase. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not accepted 6 hours after receiving the order or if the order has already been dispatched. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
