Please note, urgent delivery orders are taken via Instagram (Perma Pieces) or WhatsApp (+92 346 1571602). A delay can be expected during public holidays. 

Please note: We only do nationwide shipping

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or if there are unexpected delays, shipping may take longer. In this case, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (4-5 business days): PKR 300

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and some delays are possible during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at permapieces@gmail.com or +92 346 1571602.. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
